Okay so, this has been bugging me, quite a lot. If they lay eggs, and are like reptiles, do they have tits, or do they not? And maybe a few explainations about why or why not.

The mandibles of our insects are by no doubt less complicated than the mouths of Sangheili, I just feel like whatever they would place there would instantly fall back down. My questions are how, not if they can.
Also, H4/H5 Sangheilis are shown to have a rather large tongue that may be able to keep food from falling out of the jaw
I'd like to know exactly how any of us think that we know anything about the potential of Sangheili anatomy. They aren't an earth-born or earth-derived species, so don't follow the biological precedence of earth evolved beings. They're reptilian, but that doesn't make them the same as earth reptiles, just that they have the supercficial appearance of them.
It's like the difference between Hellenic and Hellenistic. You can be Greek, or you can be Greek-like, but not actually a Greek.
For all we know, Sangheili females could excrete lactal marrow jelly from an abdominal sphincter that a baby Sangheili has to munch on.
From Halo Nation Reproduction page: "angheili have no external reproductive organs.[6] Female Sangheili are oviparous meaning they do not give live birth" When they eat https://www.quora.com/How-do-the-Sangheili-Elites-eat-food

Keep in mind that they have been created by human designers. As such, they probably follow terrestrial biology.
Perhaps, but that only gives us less reason to think that we can anticipate the anatomy of Sangheili. Since we know that they are actually creations of humans, they might have been created by a person who thinks as I do, and would therefore give them distinctly non-terrestrial features.
Until we have direct evidence one way or another I don't see how we can say one way or the other.
When I said created by humans, you did understand that I was talking about Bungie's designers, right? Plus, I think it has already been stated that Sangheili are oviparous saurian

We know plenty. We've seen how they eat, we know what their females look like, and we know that they're oviparous; hell, we even know what their insides look like. Going "muh they're alien so we don't know" is moot when we've got more than enough anatomical details about them to make up a pretty clear picture.
