The Zeta Halo project was a project created in 2555 by the Office of Naval Intelligence and managed by Bob Casper.[1]

The project's purpose was to research Installation 07/Zeta Halo and get a better understanding of its systems, its wildlife and its Forerunner history. Over 300 researchers took part in the project including Forerunner culture expert Luther Mann and Forerunner technology expert Henry Lamb.[2]
