Yasmine Zaman was born on Coral and conscripted into the SPARTAN-II Program ^[1] at age six on September 16, 2537. On her fourteenth birthday, she and the other Spartans were taken to a laboratory to begin the augmentation process. She died shortly after due to complications,^[2] and the AI Melissa was created from her brain. Her brother, Kamal, was highly affected by the death of her Flash-clone and as a result, decided to become a doctor.
