Little is known about Yanme'e Queens besides the fact that they are extremely large, with elongated abdomens, requiring the support of subservient males carrying them on cushioned litters for transport[1]. It could be assumed that Yanme'e Queens lead their hive, giving birth to new Yanme'e and soldiers for its maintenance and defense. It presumably either resides on the Yanme'e home world or on High Charity. Due to the high numbers of Drones in the Covenant it would seem that there would need to be more than one female filling the reproductive role. Only one has been seen in the series when Truth, Regret, and Mercy were sworn in.
