They did end a few days ago, but seeing as most groups haven't yet got enough nominations for leadership I'm continuing it. The UoH elections have closed because they got enough nominations. Don't Mess With The Sarge ^{My Comm Line} _{My Wars}

Its basically a way to get the communities feelings about rules, policies, or other things to the admin. Its a way to keep rebellions from starting and to keep halopedians from leaving halopedia.

Just because you have enough main edits to be a grade of a rank higher then you doesn't mean you automatically mean you get that rank, and the amount of main edits only effects your grade, you have to edit UNSC/Human articles to get promo's even though a few people have been giving out promo's they shouldn't have had. If you think he has enough UNSC/Human edits only to be higher then he is now, then bring it up with a more active General, I've been somewhat busy the past week or so and will be really busy this weekend if all goes to plan.

And about the company matter you messages me about, it would also be for the best to bring that up to a more active General, but I would support pretty much any act to bring them back.

OK... So the the Hiearchy does somthing like this...

CO: Manages company afairs, Runs the "show". XO: Advisor to CO, second in comand. OO: Manages the day to day stuff, IE: Article for improvement.Serves sorta as a "clerk" for CO and XO. XOO: OO's second in comand.

Very interesting userpage. Those banners and such... did you make them? They're pretty neat. My only issue is that some of those pictures block the text. Which means I can't read it and that makes me sad inside. Yes, sad face. I also noticed that you're making a story! I am, too, though what I'm doing right now is just a rough draft... and it's not really near being done. I intend on reading yours, though, on Halo Fanon after I'm done with my work. I'm interested in reading other Halo stories. Maybe it'll give me inspiration for mine.
