I've created my own political group here. A group dedicated to protecting covenant pages, and the "Covenant" for all the users that have Covenant fanon. I wanted to extend an offer to you to join. The page isn't anything special yet, i just started it. Even if you don't chose to join, could you still help me get everything going?

I agree with your idea. I was thinking of putting users into lances(squads), then have an officer lead each lance. The lances would then work on specific parts of the improvement pages. Based on the work the lance does, they would then be promoted.

Wha's goin' on? Water! TONS of new stuff's been added when it comes to water; splashes for bipeds, foam, spume, and spray for waterfalls, and... uhm... well, anyway, it's just the finishing touch for Valhalla, which is looking to be a great map. Loads of other graphical improvements, most notably NEW grass ripple in the wind, BIG...ger weapons on the ground, and geometrical upgradation of a map called Jub Jub. Note: Jub Jub is supposed to be small, like Lockout. But Lockout isn't too small, so maybe this means Halo 3 maps will be bigger than most Halo 2 maps, eh? 'Specially Valhalla. 117 days remaining until the release of the renowned Halo 3 in November!!!	Local news The Halopedia Forums are still fully operational and you're talking about Halo without putting it in articles by just starting a new thread there! Unfortunately, this has helped those who led Team Halopedia and those who opposed the leadership of Team Halopedia bicker in a whole new way, but it's all good. Recently, apparently there's been a lot of vandalisms. This guy called Captainjackhalooftheuss23sexship (who doesn't understand how templates for awards work, I might add) vandalized our featured new someone's userpage, the Halo page, and the Halo Wars page, but he's either been banned or at least people have wanted him to be banned, or something, so he's no longer with us. How sad... ='(

Wha's goin' on? "SMOOTH AND AWESOME OMG" was Frankie's reaction do doing something he was told not to this week. Apparently the profile build of Halo 3 is epic and awesome, but still 100% Halo, but incredibly big and stuff, which is what some of us (*cou-GUESTY!-gh*) have been asking for for a looong time. Huge rippling splash for Banshee (and probably (very soon) Wraith) mortar splash in the water. Oh, I tell you, I just can't wait for Halo 3... not as much a fan of water as Mr. Fortnight, but what do you expect, he was born on an island surrounded by water. Still, gonna be good... 110 days remaining until the release of the renowned Halo 3 in November...	Local news The UNSC of Halopedia has been merged into the Covenant of Halopedia, which really doesn't make sense, but whatever. Just so long as we don't use them to form political parties and hate each other and all that... hopefully the merge will help to prevent that, but whatever. HALOPEDIA WARZ!!! No update for this match on Saturday the 17th, but a quick summary: RelentlessRecusant and Guesty-Persony-Thingy (Sexy Pink) vs. Digipatd, Ryanngreenday, ProperRhombus (who's that?), Caboose, and O'Malley (Lee-muh Orange). 250 - 160, sexy pink. I think I heard "an orgy of Guesty" being said somewhere, probably due to my KILLTACULAR! that I got at the bottom of the sniper tower. RR got 97 medals, 50 snipes. Crazy. Wha's goin' on? Bungie.net has gotten a gargantuan makeover! OH MY HALO!! (ignore the lameness, plz =D) Crzzy g00d stuff. The colors are all in the cool pallete and stylish, and even the player tracking function is utterly awesome. It's also gotten a focus to Halo 3 as well...holy halo...yeah, that alliterates...Check it OUT!! 103 days remaining until the release of the renowned Halo 3 in November...	Local news HALOPEDIA WARZ!!! Again, no update for this match on Saturday the 24th (RR's t00 l@zy), but a quick summary: RelentlessRecusant and Donut THX 1138 (Relentless Red) vs. Digipatd, Ryanngreenday, and TheObviousOne (B00ming Blue). 50 - 44, Relentless Red. Rather impressive because of the disparity in numbers...but Blue definately did fight hard. "Step it up!" - Ryanngreenday... Ryan w@z amazing with the sniper rifle...which was rather painful in the 14.5x11mm way, and Relentless was saddened because Donut beat him by 2 killz and because most of his kills were from plasma grenades (6/24 kills). Meet Someone New! Donut THX 1138 (otherwise known as "Councilor 'Nodotee" or just "Barfbag" =D) is the distinguished community member of the week! Although here for only two or so months, he is already one of the most (un) respectable community members here! *Donut kicks RR* I mean...the most venerable all-mighty...*Donut walks away*. Randomo! 9.6 The Oracle's Review for Rainbow Six Vegas®, Xbox 360 In the new tactical first-person shooter, you're Logan Keller. Who said so? The game did, so shut up and listen! =D Logan Keller is a former U.S. Army Delta Force commando, but was recently transferred to the counterterrorism unit RAINBOW, a special operations force with almost unlimited jurisdiction. When the very bad and unkewl international terrorist and leather girl Irena Morales attacks Las Vegas, you and your three-man team are dispatched to a bewildering number of real life locations - Calypso Casino, Vertigo Spire, Dante's Casino, Las Vegas University, etc...to take out the bad guys and restore justice to, ironically, Sin City. =D Gameplay: 10 - Sweet! You kidding? The entire game screams corybantically at you - TACTICAL and REALISTIC! Add to that the 40+ weapons you can wield... Graphics: 9.5 - Excellent. Beautiful lights, character textures... Campaign: 10 - Exceptional. Multiple hostage situations, rapelling, suppressors do things, multiple avenues of attack, infrared imaging, flash-bang grenades...and the high you get when you rescue a family of three from a host of terrorists. =D Multiplayer: 9.0 - Meh, it's okay, with a severe disinclination against newer players. It gets kinda old after awhile, too. OVERALL: 9.6 - An excellent modern tactical shooter, in the vein of Tom Clancy. 20 The Oracle's Help Guide for the Crackdown® Achievement "Body Juggler" The video game Ticket Into the Halo 3 Beta, erhm...sorry...I mean...of course...Crackdown...has just come out. While its most lucrative siren alluring players is entrance into the Halo 3 Beta some time this summer, it's loaded with beautifully done Achievements for all of you Gamerpoint whores out there. =D Okay...the Body Juggler achievement requires you to keep a body aloft in the air for 10 seconds. How to? First off, grab a dead body. There should be many. Preferably not your own. =D Next, go to the Shai-Gen sector of Pacific City and grab one of 'em sweet Firefly homing 5-rocket rocket launchers. Firefly is an understatement of the fireworks you can make with this tubule of metal, but that's another matter. Okay. Now, go to somewhere isolated, away from any civilians, Peacekeepers, etc...Now, toss the body straight up into the air a bit in front of you. Now, unload your rocket launcher. In the Bungie Weekly Update for this week (what else would it be for, this month?), a ton of people, including me, got busted for doing things Bungie doesn't like; in my case, it was humping a corpse that became a cadaver by someone else's works--WHO WOULDA THUNK!? HaloClix!!! I didn't really read much about it, so don't ask me any questions, but there's a think called HaloClix now... looks pretty; check it out. Halo 3 Zune!!! I really hate Zunes, but I don't care--I'm entering, and I'm winning. Anyway, it's a contest hosted ovah at HBO, so get your brain thunking and MAKE SUMTHIN' COOL!!! 113 days remaining until the release of the renowned Halo 3 in September!!!	Local news Esemono and Dragonclaws appear to have deserted us! Also, Steve has been declared inactive, to which he replied "okay." This leaves us only with ED, who, rather than being the dictator here, is looking for more sysops! You can find GPT's run for administratorship here, and RR's here! GPT, it seems, has coined a really catchy term that no one here uses but even Wikia admins have been caught using: SEXEH! It started on IRC when GPT first said "AH AM ENCREDEBLEH SEXEH!!!" and it just went downhill from there. ;D GPT has started working out and going to the swimming pool! All this working out and swimming is gonna make him EVEN MORE SEXEH!!!
Meet Someone New! Kwarsh is the distinguished community member of this week. He joined Halopedia on February 10th, 2007 so he could edit an article. Having little to no wiki knowledge, he screwed it up, overlapping templates and making red links. Having very little edits, Kwarsh is still well known around here. Well, we think the missions will probably be a lot longer, but we know from a leaked list of Halo 3 achievements that there are only nine levels... we also already know that it's going to be released in September, rather than November, an' stuff.... Also, recently Bungie's released a lot of new screenshots, so we've been adding info from there to pages like Last Resort (Level) an' stuff. Not exactly sure what you know so far and what you don't know, though, but that's aboot all that's happened recently.
