What if it was a usable vehicle?
Here's what needed to balance it out:
Speed- Comparable to a Hornet w/out boost, Somewhat slower than a Banshee w/ boost, not very evasive
Armor- Tougher than a Banshee but weaker than an unshieled Mantis
Weaponry-
Heavy Needler- Locks on to vehicles, tracks similarly to a fuel rod cannon and 3 needles cause a supercombine in a vehicle. Low rate of fire makes it ineffective against infantry
Plasma Cannons- Automated, like the Wraith Turrets in Halo 2, but fire shots similar to a Spectre.
