First of all, hello!
As many of you may know, especially the Administrators and the Rollbackers, there have been many useless, bad and mistaken edits on the Halo 3 page. There has also been significant vandalism, something the Rollbackers can't handle by themselves.
As about the vandalism, at first thought, someone will say that Halo 3 is the most visited article, as this is the game almost every Halopedian plays. So, the vandals prefer this page instead of other less visited pages.
But what about all these bad-quality edits? Somebody might think that the amount of bad edits in Halo 3 is the same as the page... IWHBYD, for example. But, over the last months, the amount has increased dramatically.
One day, I decided to take a clean and careful look at the Main Page. I read it all from the beginning to the end, and I also read that Halo 3 is the current improvement drive article. This, along with the fact that Halo 3 is very popular, attracts many editors. So, I think the reason that vandals and the point whores use this page is that it's the article of improvement, and they think that they improve it by making a small edit at the Trivia, for example, and this edit is also of bad quality.
