Hello. I am Skinr. I am leader of the Iconic Crescent clan, and founder and admin of Thing-Thing Wiki. I own Halo PC, Halo 2 for Xbox, and the Halo 2 MMP.

I like playing as an Elite in multiplayer, simply because they are underrated. My brown armor, white crescent emblem, and Assault chestplate are unmistakable.

I recently purchased a dual-analog controller for my PC, so now I play Halo online. With a controller.

[edit] A Few of my Favorite Things

I like playing certain gametypes in all three games. If I had to list my top favorites...

Halo: Combat Evolved Team Slayer. I also like doing stunts when I'm bored (check my pictures for some of the stupid stuff I've done). Race is also a nice change of pace. Halo 2 Swords, man, Swords. It's even better in Halo 2 because the multiplayer swords have unlimited energy. Halo 3 Swords, again. Even though the battery is limited, fencing is extremely fun, especially with super speed turned on. I also kind of like Infection. I have yet to play Grifball, though...

Some of my favorite weapons are...

Halo: Combat Evolved Shotgun; it holds more shells, and reloads faster, than in the other games. Also the Assault Rifle (Best. Anti-Banshee. Weapon. Ever.), and the Flamethrower. Halo 2 I love the Beam Rifle (OWNAGE!) and the Brute Plasma Rifle; sadly, that last one was removed in Halo 3 (boo), but returned in ODST (yay!). I also use the Energy Sword, and the Carbine. Dual Needlers are also good, and the homing Rocket Launcher has saved my hide on a number of occasions. Halo 3 The Spiker is the obvious choice for me, as is the (now-fencing-grade) Energy Sword. I'm glad the Assault Rifle has returned as well.

I like to get around in a vehicle when possible. Such as...

I do all my own stunts

Halo: Combat Evolved The Warthog, while harder to handle, is fun because of the fishtailing turns it makes. The Ghost is okay, but I love the Banshee -- shifting into reverse turns this light aerial assault vehicle into a near-steady platform of death. Fast tanks are always useful. Halo 2 The new Banshee is fun in a different way. I love the Gauss Warthog, and the Spectre, and the Scorpion is now so much easier to drive. The Ghost performs admirably. Halo 3 I'm still learning how to fly a Hornet. The Chopper is like a giant chainsaw: chewing up enemies is a breeze. I drive the Mongoose to get around quickly.

My favorite levels? Let's see...

Halo: Combat Evolved Campaign: The Silent Cartographer. That was the level that introduced me to the Halo universe, and all I could say was "Cool!" Multiplayer: Death Island. One of my favorites for 3-on-3 team battles, as well as Races. Halo 2 Campaign (Master Chief): Delta Halo, for the same reasons I love TSC. Campaign (Arbiter): The Arbiter; the less Flood, the better. Active Camo is also extremely cool. Multiplayer: Terminal. The train opens up so many possibilities. Halo 3 Campaign: Tsavo Highway, on Co-op. Even though it does nothing for the story, it's still fun. Multiplayer: Either Sandtrap (for the Elephants), Valhalla (for the Man Cannons and Forge options), or Foundry (I have not yet played it, but my mouth waters just thinking about all the Forging I could do).
