I've been playing Halo 2 since the day it was released to the masses on November 9, 2004. I'll never forget the excitement I had when I found a copy of the Halo 2 Limited Collector's Edition on my desk in my room.....I was speachless! I rushed into my game room, pluged in my Xbox into the big screen TV and let loose. I beat the game on Normal in 2 days (half the game one day, the next half the last day). Then I beat it on Heroic in 5 days (1/4 the total levels per day). I still have yet to get past the first half on Legendary....:P

I started playing Live after Christmas and I was introduced to the world of online gaming. Since then, I've come across numerous types of gamers:

• The music player
• The racist
• The prepubescant
• The modder
• The team-killer
• The emo
• The complainer
• The trash-talker-but sucks at gaming.....er
• The screamer

Playing with all these previously stated people against my will has taught me one golden rule: Always turn off your headset when not with friends!

However, not all online gamers are lame nd not kewl. I've met some pretty important people related to the Halo community:

• Mr. Smiley (Great guy)- One of the founders of Halobabies.net, where I am a respected member of their forum.
• Gruntsbane (Very chill)- Creator of the Halo Babies comics.
• Live Killa (cool)- Mod of the HBN (halobabies.net) forum, very skilled gamer.
• MC_E1ite (Scottsman...lol)- Another HBN Mod, one of the nicest, funniest people I've met. Does the best impression of General Keating from GRAW 2. Also, a great gamer as well.
• 2Phast (funny)- HBN Mod, does some of the best MSPaint I've ever seen. Great gamer.
• Polarbear (smart)- HBN Admin, a very fluent, intelligent man.
• Bobik (hilarity ensues)- By far, THE funniest person I've ever met! A great gamer, a good filmer, an innovative director, and can make anybody crack up laughing.
• XxRazGriZ (calm)- One of the founders of the Red vs Blue Retaliation wars, a spin-off of Red vs Blue but with actual battles. A very passionate gamer who keeps it real.

[edit] The Bringer of Bacon?

My friends from the Halo Babies know me as The Bringer of Bacon....and I'll tell you why:

It was during a game of Territories on Turf with a few of the aforementioned friends on my team against some random newbs. I went to capture a territory and after I did, I shouted “I proclaim this territory in the name of Kap2310! Bringer of Bacon!” My friends heard this and just broke out into hysterical laughter. At first, I was embarrased that I said that, but I got over it and embraced it..... THE END
