BOT STATUS GRANTED BY SANNSE.

I have a working bot for Halopedia, so two things:

1. Anything you guys need a bot to do?
2. I want bot "priveleges" for my bot, just so he doesn't clog up Recent changes, but I need community concensus that you guys think it's fine for me to have a bot account.
