An unnamed transport craft was used by the UNSC to evacuate civilians during the Fall of Reach.
Operational History
At least four were used to evacuate both soldiers and civilians from New Alexandria during the Fall of Reach, though one was destroyed by a Covenant SDV-class heavy corvette during take-off.[1] They were also used during the Battle of Tribute to presumably evacuate civilians.[2]
One specialized transport was used to shuttle Fleet Admiral Hood for the peace talks with the Arbiter and Jiralhanae Chieftain Lydus. It was attacked and destroyed, but without Hood onboard.[3]
Trivia
- These ships may indeed be UNSC freighters, as they have relatively boxy frames and many are seen at the Aszod ship breaking facility.
