UNSC Personnel Command, or PERSCOM for short, is a branch of the UNSC High Command that deals with the transfers, promotion, and retirements of all UNSC personnel in the UNSC Navy and UNSC Marine Corps. PERSCOM keeps a record of Career Service Vitaes of every member of the military, and stores them as a military record. These files may be viewed by senior military officers.
