The UNSC Minotaur was a UNSC destroyer during the Human-Covenant war.

Battle of ReachEdit

During the battle of Reach, a Covenant ship fired a needle-thin lance of energy at the Minotaur's aft on A deck, burned a ten-meter wide hole through the ship, destroyed the reactor, and finally exiting on the H deck near the engines, cutting it in half, and destroying it completely in a matter of seconds.^[1][2]

TriviaEdit

The Minotaur is likely named in reference to the mythological creature of the same name. The Minotaur was a half-man, half-bull creature that lived in the labyrinth beneath the palace of the king of Crete and devoured anyone who entered its lair.
