The UNSC Andraste (K-201) was a UNSC warship appearing in concept art in the book Art of Halo 3. This ship, with a Hull Classification Symbol identifying it as a corvette, served as the basis of the UNSC Forward Unto Dawn, a similarly-designed frigate with the same Hull number, further demonstrating a link between the two ships.
While developing the Halo games, Bungie, 343 Industries and Ensemble Studios have had to cut some content, such as vehicles, gameplay, and story elements, from the final products. Much of this content has been confirmed by videos and commentary in special edition DVDs, interviews with developers, and released concept art.
