The Commendation.
Trigger Man is a multiplayer Commendation in Halo: Reach. A point is obtained every time the player kills an enemy with an automatic weapon in multiplayer matchmaking. The Commendation is represented by four bullets lined up horizontally next to each other on a blue background.[1]

Kill an enemy with a Needler, Assault Rifle, Plasma Rifle, Spiker, or Plasma Repeater weapon in Multiplayer.
