Team Splasers is a variant of the gametype Team Snipers on Double EXP Weekend. The respawn (and only) weapons in this variant are Spartan Laser and Magnum. Otherwise the factors of Team Splasers are that of a standard Team Slayer game. The only vehicle in this variant is the Mongoose, which is not wise to use, unless you wish to feed your opponent an easy double or single kill.
As of the November '08 Update, whereupon the Team Snipers playlist transferred to a Ranked Playlist, it is as yet unknown as to whether it will return in another Double EXP Weekend. It is however, currently used in DLC Big Team as a gametype.
