I don't know anything about hockey but I don't think that's right. When I first read it it made me think of the game punch bug, or something along those lines. In that example, if you see a VW Beetle you get to punch the person next to you, if they flinch you get to punch them twice: Two for flinching.

- Then how about you change it, if you see a problem with it, and you're the first one who notices it, then change it yourself.
