We need sources for the data table. A website, a video, something. We should also sort the table. I'd actually recommend flipping it -- making weapons into rows -- and sorting it alphabetically by weapon name.

Additional data can also be collected. Someone (me?) can try to make a Halo Custom Edition map with distances marked out using a grid on the ground. Unmodified weapon tags can be tested there. Perhaps video footage could be recorded using Fraps, Xfire, etc.. A rough attempt at collecting data from Halo 2 and Halo 3 would be great, too.

Better yet: someone (me?) can just check Halo Custom Edition weapons' tags in Guerrilla or something, and get the exact stats (range, degrees, etc.) from there. The same could be done in Halo 2 Vista -- and I can't imagine that the stats would differ much, if at all, from Halo 2.

Clearly, the second and third suggestions are less important. (Especially since I'm not capable of doing them.) But the first bit is quite important for this to be a reliable article. DavidJCobb Emblem DavidJCobb  22:37, December 9, 2009 (UTC)
