The Refuge facility is the focus of heavy enemy activity. Additional UNSC forces are being deployed to the area.

Everything Has Gone Wrong is the third chapter of Spartan Ops Episode 5.^[1]

In this Spartan Ops mission Fireteam Crimson must defend the site from Covenant attackers including a Sanghelli spec-ops group called "The Slient Blade". Later, a CRS-class light cruiser is deployed over the facility, and Fireteam Shadow is ordered to take the cruiser down.
