The star's location in the galaxy is unknown.

Prior to Halo's release, it was speculated and theorized that it was factually the star Iota Horologii (roughly 55 light-years from Earth^[2]), based on lateral hints from Bungie that the star was connected to the game somehow (specifically a sign left in front of the Bungie Webcam).^{[citation needed]}

TriviaEdit
