Simon Kensington is an actor hired by the Office of Naval Intelligence to deceive journalist Benjamin Giraud.

Biography

In 2558 Simon Kensington was hired by ONI to act as a former teacher of John-117 at the Elysium City Primary Education Facility Number 119 by the name of Deon Govender. In an interview with Benjamin Giraud, Kensignton claims that at the age of 12, John wanted to join the High School boxing team and that at the age of 13, John and his family were abducted by the Insurrection.

It is later discovered that Deon Govender was a real person who had died 7 years before this interview took place and that all the information Kensington had given was fake.
