The Secessionist Union was a rebel alliance formed on the planet Harvest ^[1]. Its leader was Jerald Mulkey Ander who was assassinated in 2502 by Avery Johnson during Operation: KALEIDOSCOPE. Not much is known about the Secessionist Union, although given its title, it likely held some interest in encouraging colonies to break away from the UNSC. It was most likely dissolved after the assassination of its leader in the Operation: KALEIDOSCOPE. The Secessionist Union can also be referred to as the People's Occupation Government.

It should also be noted that, considering the organization's name (People's Occupation Government), it is likely to be ideologically similar to a leftist, neo-communist movement.
