Sanj'ik was a female Sangheili Weapons Master (engineer) who served during the final stages of the Harvest Campaign in 2531.^[1] She upgraded a squadron of Type-26 "Banshee" GSAs with improved Fuel Rod Cannons that increased their lethality and rate of fire.

• Sanj'ik is the first female Sangheili ever mentioned in the Halo universe, the only other female being Han, Raia 'Mdama and the only known Weapons Master.
