SPARTAN-1337 is a SPARTAN-II Commando of the UNSC Naval Special Warfare Command [1][2]. During a mission in an arid region, he witnessed a large circular bomb being dropped from orbit and was strangled by a Jiralhanae soldier.

- This SPARTAN-II is the main character of Odd One Out, the non-canon and satirical interpretation of the Halo universe produced by Toei Animation for Halo Legends [2].
- His SPARTAN tag, 1337, is a reference to the internet meme known as "Leet Speak", which uses numbers and symbols as letters.
- He has the highest number of any named, canon and non-canon Spartan.
