Protocol 117-Alpha was a UNSC Navy protocol written up some time after 2553. This protocol related to the missing SPARTAN-II John-117, specifically in the hypothetical scenario where he is discovered to be alive. 117-Alpha was enforced onboard UNSC Infinity when they detected UNSC Forward Unto Dawn's distress beacon.[1]
