Pelican 096 (Phonetically: Pelican Nine-Sixer) was a D79H-TC Pelican attached to the UNSC Infinity.
Operational History
After the Battle of Requiem and subsequent defeat of the Ur-Didact, it was tasked with locating MCPO John-117, whom was floating idle in space. Pelican Nine-Sixer brought John back aboard the Infinity to a combined SPARTAN-IV and UNSC Marine salute.[1]
