Obedient Phantoms

On the level Outskirts at the area before the tunnel, completely ignore the Phantom, and drive straight into the tunnel. Continue until the "Loading" message is done, and a Warthog drives in to help you, then turn around and exit the tunnel. The Phantom should be hovering there. It will shoot at you, so be sure to blow off its guns. The player can also do some humourous things with it using the Invincible Hog and the Sputnik Skull.
