Neos Atlantis is a human colony world in the Alcides System, on the border between the Inner Colonies and Outer Colonies. It is a cold world unhospitable to human life and is known for its cryovolcanoes.[1]

In October of 2553 Dark Moon Enterprises attempted to expose a SPARTAN-III focused Ferret team on the planet.[1][2]
Economy[]
The UNSC operated orbital maintenance docks around the colony large enough to support nearly 100,000 civilian labourers. Due to security concerns over the Insurrection, civilian labourers and naval personnel were segregated and had their own bars such as UNSC Recreational Facility 6055-NA-A, which overlooked the cryovolcano Theran Crown.[1]
