Navigation Command, abbreviated as NAVCOM, was a United Nations Space Command administrative organization believed to be dedicated to dictating laws regarding the navigation of human craft throughout UNSC space.

They transmitted the Cole Protocol to the fleet after the war with the Covenant began.

H.T. Ward was a Fleet Admiral of NAVCOM.
