Petty Officer Second Class Min was a Spartan-III Supersoldier. He was conscripted into the Spartan-III program, at age six in 2539, when he was orphaned by the Covenant when they glassed his homeworld and killed his parents.

Min, along with other orphans volunteered to become a Spartan to avenge his family, his home planet, or seek the glory he saw in the military.
He was trained by Lieutenant Commander Ambrose and Senior Chief Petty Officer Mendez for six years. Min, along with Tom-B292, Lucy-B091 and Adam-B004, became "Fireteam Foxtrot,"[1] one of the organized Spartan-III combat teams.
They were sent on Operation: TORPEDO at the age of 12 to destroy a Covenant refinery on Pegasi Delta. As the Spartans faced superior enemy forces, they were wiped out, but Fireteam Foxtrot managed to reach the inside of the refinery. There, Adam was wounded when he was shot with Needler rounds from several Elites. The Elites' rounds penetrated his SPI Armor and cut Adam's spine, immobilizing him from the waist down.[2] Min, Lucy and Tom continued to the fusion reactor to try and detonate it. As Min was planting a charge, the EMP field of the reactor triggered his charge, vaporizing him.[3]
