The M79 Multiple Launch Rocket System is a missile launcher mounted on the M12R Light Anti-Armor Vehicle^[2] and the M510 Siegework/Ultra-Heavy Mobile Anti-Aircaft Weapons Platform

The M79 MLRS fires six missiles per volley, and can lock on to aircraft such as Banshees and Falcons. Each individual missile does slightly less damage than one from a M41 SSR MAV/AW, but the amount of rockets fired compensates.
