Looks like the Oddball is a campaign achievement in Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary. This achievement is obtained when a player finds his/her first campaign skull.
Trivia
- This is one of the easiest achievements to unlock as there is a skull hidden in the starting cryo bay.
