In Halo 5: Guardians, a loadout is a player's starting equipment in Warzone matches. A loadout consists of a primary weapon, secondary weapon and armor mod. Players can change their loadouts at REQ stations or before respawn. Any loadout weapon can be equipped in either slot, so long as the same variant of the weapon is not equipped in the other slot. Equipping weapons or armor mods does not cost any REQ energy, but requires you to have unlocked the appropriate REQ card and to be at or above the threshold REQ level for that piece of equipment.[1]

The following is a list of everything that can be equipped as part of a loadout.

WeaponsEdit

Most loadout weapons also have different sights and attachments that can be equipped. All scopes are unlocked at the same REQ level the weapon is unlocked at, while attachments unlock later. Most attachments can be equipped with most sights. Scopes or attachments that do not follow this trend are labelled.

  • Assault Rifle (Default primary weapon, unlocked at REQ level 1)
    • Projection sight (Default sight)
    • Recon sight
    • Longshot sight
    • Hybrid sight (Does not support any attachments)
    • Silencer attachment (Unlocked at REQ level 2)
    • Kinetic Bolts attachment (Unlocked at REQ level 2)
