James James (formerly James Lee) is a Spartan-I.^[1] He drove a black cab, a taxi of sorts, that could get an individual from point A to B without any electronic trail.^[2]

In the I Love Bees storyline he is killed by one of the criminals, Thin Kinkle, from the Crystal Security mob syndicate.

Thin Kinkle had kidnapped his daughter Janissary James after Jan messed up a rape that Kinkle had set up as a gang initiation test. While she was imprisoned Kinkle tortured her using a Cupid's Knife. The Knife would cause her pain if she felt anything but love for him. When Jan's father tried to rescue her, Kinkle killed him in front of her, and then turned on the Knife. ^[3]
