[edit] Promotion Guidelines
Please note: To receive a promotion in the Covenant of Halopedia, you must make good, decent quality edits to Covenant related pages on Halopedia. Polls, blogs, quizzes and informing the Councilors of your adventures/Halo gaming information doesn't count. Using these as reasons will never get you a promotion, and your requests will be denied straightway.
When making a new request, please ensure you do all of the following:
- Please add new requests as a level 3 heading (using ===Username (Unanswered) ===). It will be changed to (Answered) once a Councilor(s) has come to their decision.
- Place your new promotion request at the bottom of the page. Requests placed anywhere else will not be answered and may be deleted.
- Use a new section for each new request. This will allow Councilors to keep track of things in a more organized manner.
- Please sign your name after every request (date and signature). Unsigned requests may be ignored and deleted.
- Please do not hassle the Councilors. Decisions on promotions may take time and may even require the Councilors to think!
