Halo Recruit is a Virtural Reality game from Endeavor One in partnership with 343 Industries. Halo Recruit is a five-minute experience that's playable on mixed reality headsets made by Microsoft. It launched October 17, 2017.[1]
Gameplay
It starts off by 343 Guilty Sparks introducing himself to the recruit. Soon the recruit sees holograms of several species that are part of the Covenant including Unggoy, Kig-Yar and Sangheili. It shows shows their species name, height, weight and homeworld. Then the player is put through a combat test which and is to selected a weapon of either the M6H2 Magnum or the M20 Submachine Gun with the Projection Scope. After the player clears all waves or the timer hits zero Cortana will count how many targets he or her got and is given a rank of Private, Sergeant, Lieutenant and Spartan. Soon John-117 arrives and welcomes the recruit. The door opens up and a Warthog enters the room. Chief gets into the passenger seat telling the recruit that he's on the gun.
