McFarlane's Halo 3 Series 4 product line up was first announced at San Diego Comic Con 2008, and later solicited to online retailers for a January release in the second week of August.

[edit] Blue Hayabusa

First seen at San Diego Comic-Con 2008, the Blue Hayabusa figure may be a Walmart exclusive like the previous blue Spartan figures.^{[citation needed]}

Joe F. of the Spawn message boards has stated that exclusive color trends seen in 2008 will not continue in 2009.

The figure is armed with dual Brute Maulers and a Power Drain.

[edit] Steel/Olive Security

Both figures were originally advertised to online retailers (such as Bigbadtoystore), but the steel figure was later retracted as an error on the solicitor's fault.

Spawn.com now lists the figure as a Target Australia and Gamestop UK exclusive, though the latter may be a typo and the figure may very well be available at both Gamestop stores as well as the UK.

The Olive Security figure will be a mass release figure armed with two Brute Maulers and a Radar Jammer. The steel figure is packaged with dual SMGs and a Trip Mine.

A mass release figure that is currently being solicited as wielding dual SMGs and a Trip Mine.

Confirmed by DnR Lineup representatives as their next exclusive, this figure comes with a Shotgun and a Radar Jammer.

A currently in limbo figure that may or may not be an exclusive (the last orange Spartan was exclusive to GAME Australia and Gamestation UK). It comes armed with a Shotgun and a Radar Jammer.
