Spartan-117, the Master Chief, first encountered the alien parasite known as the “Flood” on the Halo ring, Installation 04. The Master Chief’s MJOLNIR armor provided barely enough protection for him to survive the Flood’s indiscriminate attacks on his Marine companions and Covenant forces alike.
The Flood “super-cell” feeds on cadavers’ calcium stores to produce its most basic incarnation, the “infection form.” Small and vulnerable to most projectile and energy weapons, infection forms overwhelm their prey by attacking en masse. They drill into victims with a rasping tongue and quickly transform foes into robust Flood “combat forms.”
Includes a Shotgun, Magnum and Flood Infection Form. It features 23 points of articulation.

It was released in July, 2006.

The Action Figures were made by Joyride Studios. On each action figure unit Joyride has included a serial number, which allows you to find out when the action figure was created. The date code has four numbers followed by 'SS' actually stamped or embossed in the cardboard. The first three digits are the date the product was made, and the fourth digit is the year. For example: 2653SS means the product was manufactured on the 265th day of 2003 (9/23/2003). [1]
