The Halo 2 Arbiter (Active Camouflage) Action figure is a Game Crazy exclusive. It has an Energy Sword and Covenant Carbine, and the figure is in active camo.
[edit] Box Summary
Disgraced by his failure at Alpha Halo, the former commander of the Fleet of Particular Justice has been given an ancient and terrible honor. To seek redemption for his crimes and sins, he must don the armor of the Arbiter - the violent instrument of the Covenant's wrath. Following a tradition thousands of years old, the Arbiter is given the authority to do whatever he is tasked with, but at a terrible price. He must obey the whims of the Prophets until death redeems him.
This active camouflage variant includes an Energy Sword and a Covenant Carbine, and features 18 points of articulation.

The action figure became available November 2005 as a Game Crazy exclusive.
[edit] Joyride
The Action Figures were made by Joyride Studios. On each action figure unit Joyride has included a serial number, which allows you to find out when the action figure was created. The date code has four numbers followed by 'SS' actually stamped or embossed in the cardboard. The first three digits are the date the product was made, and the fourth digit is the year. For example: 2653SS means the product was manufactured on the 265th day of 2003 (9/23/2003). [1]
