The most feared warriors of the Covenant, the Elites command the alien collectives military juggernaut. They answer only to the religious leadership of the Prophets but trust only the cleansing fire of plasma weapons. At 8' tall, they tower over their human opponents and the lesser Covenant warrior classes...and hold them all in equal contempt. Elites live for battle and conquest, and though they are lethal with the full range of Covenant arms, they delight in the intimate savagery of hand-to-hand combat. Includes an Energy sword.

The action figure was released on July 2004.
[edit] Joyride
The Action Figures were made by Joyride Studios. On each action figure unit Joyride has included a serial number, which allows you to find out when the action figure was created. The date code has four numbers followed by 'SS' actually stamped or embossed in the cardboard. The first three digits are the date the product was made, and the fourth digit is the year. For example: 2653SS means the product was manufactured on the 265th day of 2003 (9/23/2003). [1]
