A recommendation, if you will: I love the new background, no doubt. It brings attention and attracts many users. However, it is a little bit distractive in a way. I don't really like how it continues in a pattern. Maybe you guys made a mosiac out of different pictures, not just one continuious four pictures piled together that repeat after the other. This is fine, though. But... I shouldn't be talking. I couldn't do anything better anyway. --

I thinks the loudness is fine...then again, my desktop wallpaper is a giant flaming elite head...so my opinion doesn't really mean that much...Someone who said the pics don't fit right, may be right, maybe a little more fading or something like that...not sure. 18. I like it, very cool and relevant. One note that you might consider though: It has bad contrast on the Personal bar Make a solid behind the Personal bar for higher contrast. I'll tell Rlentless or GPT or someone how we did it on Therian Through IRC. Support cchristian - ^{I don't edit, I comment on drama. o. .o...}

29. I like it but Halopedia isn't just about Halo 3. It should be a collage from all the games and Halo material.

30. I like it it gives different subject's and is pretty neutral towards all games and books the search icon is also cool but somtimes doesn't fit. (its just my opinion so)

I liked the old dark theme at Halo Fanon that had the text from RR's fanfiction on the background. Maybe something like that but with Cortana Letters (or similar) would work. --Dragonclaws^(talk) 01:06, 12 June 2007 (UTC)

4. i on the other hand, hate it...it seems crudely tacked on in a hurry to make more changes to Halopedia as soon as possible after GPT and RR were made admins...i think we should keep the old one, or have something like the halo logos from halo 1, 2, and 3 alternating somehow in the background. It would be easy enough (sorta) to make another background like that (or several backgrounds, maybe?), and have randomly choose a background every time you load a page, like the search icon. Woul that be better? g^üé_ßŁ^¥-π_éҐ^∫ø_ñ¥-^†ħ_îИ^g¥ 15:36, 14 June 2007 (UTC)

10. It's better then having no background, but, as you might have noticed, the graphics in the center of the page don't show up. I also think that what is visible should be related to the storyline of halo, rather then just random multiplayer pictures. Maybe on one side, you could have the human forces and the other, the covenant. Although some people don't like purple very much. :)
