Force Master Chief Petty Officer (FORCM) is an E-9 rank in the UNSC Navy, and is equal to Fleet Master Chief Petty Officer. It is above Command Master Chief Petty Officer, and below Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy. It is equal to Sergeant Major in the UNSC Marine Corps, Command Sergeant Major in the UNSC Army, and Command Chief Master Sergeant in the UNSC Air Force.
A FORCM is the chief enlisted personnel of a command, though a larger command than would have a Command Master Chief. All other enlisted personnel within his/her command, including CMCs, are under him/her, and he/she represents them before the commander.
