Saber Interactive is a game development company which had worked on Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary and Halo 2: Anniversary, featured in Halo: The Master Chief Collection. They were approached by 343 Industries to remaster Halo: Combat Evolved's campaign for its Anniversary Edition, and the same happened with remastering Halo 2's campaign for The Master Chief Collection.
