The Needle Combine Kill medal resembles a sixteen pointed pink star made of needles sitting on top of a four pointed silver star; it is awarded when a player scores a kill by filling an opponent with enough needles for detonation.

- This medal is earned very easily when using a Needler or a Needler Rifle. Note that headshots with the Rifle do not count, as this kills the enemy before the needles explode.
