The Thank the Maker medal is a multiplayer medal available in Halo: Reach. It is obtained by winning a match while a Bungie fan is on the other team (Fan is someone who has enabled Eternal). It is represented by a pair of blue slitted eyes on top of the sixteen-pointed star.[1]

- Before the 20th anniversary special where Bungie gave away their flames, this medal was awarded to beating a team with a Bungie employee on the team, making it much harder to obtain.
