An Energy Shackle is a piece of Covenant technology used to restrain an individual.[1]
Design details[]
Energy shackles are small purple devices that form a ring of blue energy around itself with the ability to restrain an individual. The device levitates in a fixed position using some sort of anti-gravity technology and is very difficult to move. The device also has the ability to electrocute the restrained individual.[1]
