The Arbiter has climbed into an Orbital Insertion Pod in Halo 3's Campaign level Floodgate during co-op, using what seems to be a glitch. On a side note, by looking at the motion sensor, one can see that several Flood have gathered on the ground behind the Arbiter, all clustered within a twenty-five-meter radius.
