Equipment Combos

The following methods are a guide on how to achieve certain effects by combining different types of Equipment in Halo 3:

[edit] Blind Combo
To perform this, get one person to get a Flare and another to get a Radar Jammer. Then lure your foe to an area you need assistance in, and then deploy both the Flare and the Radar Jammer. The combined effects of the Flare and Radar Jammer will confuse your enemy for a moment.
[edit] Invincible Combo
To achieve this combo, first get 3 people from your team. Then get one player to get a Regenerator, another person to get a Bubble Shield, and then the other get a Deployable Cover. Then have them deploy the equipment all in the same place then use the combined effects to your advantage.
[edit] Bouncing Equipment
Throw a Gravity Lift and any Equipment and it will fly and then land (might take some practice to perfect direction). Very useful when you need to throw Equipment to inaccessible areas.

- The combos were often used in Team-Based gametypes and proved to be helpful against enemies.
- The Flare and Radar Jammer were removed from Matchmaking in an update.
- The invincible combo doesn't make you invincible but actually extremely hard to kill.
- The invincible combo can be done with out the Bubble Shield because it also blocks your fire instead only using Deployable Cover and Regenerator work best since Deployable Cover allows some human weapons through.
