All player abilities (not to be confused with individual units' abilities) recharge in half the time they normally would. This allows the player to use powerful abilities such as the MAC Blast, Cryo Bomb and Carpet Bomb more often, dealing out damage at a faster rate than their opponents. It also applies to abilities such as healing.
